Wingstop opened its Vicksburg location Friday at 2310 Iowa Blvd.  Vicksburg Daily News’ David Day was on the scene with General Manager Bridgette Lewis and her crew for the grand opening.

Wingstop began as a buffalo wing shop in Garland, Texas in 1994 and has since grown to over 1,500 locations in the U.S. and abroad.  Priding themselves in fresh, flavorful wings and sides, the chain posted on their website, “We are not in the wing business, we’re in the flavor business.”

Wings are available in several styles: saucy or dry rubbed, spicy or sweet, whatever you are looking for, the simple yet versatile menu at Wingstop delivers.

The restaurant is open now for take-out only, due to COVID-19 concerns.  Guests may order at the counter, call 601.636.8114 to place an order, and will soon be able to visit their website to place an order.

Military veterans are eligible for a 10% discount on their orders.  Law enforcement, fire fighters and EMTs receive 15% off.
