Woman jailed for assault on her father

A Warren County woman has been arrested for an assault on her father.

Warren County deputies and emergency medical services responded to the 2700 block of Mt. Alban Road at around 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, according to Sheriff Martin Pace.

Upon arrival, they found a 66-year-old male victim suffering from trauma to his face, head and chest. He was transported to Merit Health River Region where he remains hospitalized.

Taken into custody was Lacey LeAnn Pilcher, 36, the victim’s daughter. She was charged with aggravated assault, domestic violence.

Pilcher was denied bond as she is on parole for charges out of Marion County. The Mississippi Department of Corrections placed a no bail detainer on her.
