Yazoo County Health Department to reopen with ribbon cutting after renovations

The Yazoo County Health Department will reopen to the public next week after recent renovations.

The renovated building now includes ADA compliant access and parking, new exterior and interior doors and restrooms, and updated lab and clinic areas that allow for better patient flow.

A ribbon cutting and open house will be held from 1-4 p.m. on Monday. Normal clinic operations will resume on Tuesday, June 6.

The department is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays.
