YMCA closes pools until further notice
The Vicksburg YMCA Purks and Wilkinson Ver Beck pools have both been closed until further notice.
The YMCA announced it was closing the pools in a social media post Monday.
Tre’Vion Gray, 8 years old, drowned in the Purks pool Wednesday, June 17.
There is no word on when the pools will be reopened.
