Escaped Inmate from North Louisiana being sought

Williams went on break at Foster Farms in Union Parish this morning at approximately 4:30 a.m. and never returned. Williams is a state inmate who was assigned to a work program.
He was last seen wearing a light colored jacket with gloves and blue jeans. Williams also speaks with an accent.
