Halloween to be celebrated citywide in Vicksburg and Warren County on October 31

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Halloween will be celebrated citywide in Vicksburg and Warren County on Friday, Oct. 31, 2025. Officials announced that trick-or-treating will be held from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. across neighborhoods.

The city and county encourage families to take part in the annual festivities, reminding parents and guardians to accompany children during the evening hours. Residents are also urged to keep their porch lights on if they plan to hand out candy.

The tradition of designated trick-or-treat hours is meant to ensure safety and consistency for families across the community. The Vicksburg Police Department and the Warren County Sheriff’s Office will be out patrolling to ensure the safety of everyone.
