Magnolia CDC to support small businesses in Warren County

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Magnolia FCU Community Development Corporation (Magnolia CDC) is a Mississippi-based nonprofit loan fund created to empower entrepreneurs and strengthen communities through access to affordable capital and development resources. Established by Magnolia Federal Credit Union, Magnolia CDC exists to help small businesses start, stabilize, and grow—particularly in communities where access to traditional financing can be limited.

Magnolia CDC offers microloans up to $25,000 for start-up and existing small businesses. These loans can be used for eligible business purposes such as working capital, inventory, equipment, vehicles, and other essential assets. Loans feature a fixed interest rate of 7.75% with terms up to 36 months, helping business owners plan with confidence and predictable payments.
