Former Warren Central High School Head Softball Coach Dana McGivney coached in the North Mississippi Softball Coaches Association All-Star Game last month.

McGivney, who is now Head Coach at Oxford High School, coached the 4A-7A seniors. Three of her current players Madi Jones, Lindsey Gillis, and Addy Shorter all were selected to play in the All-Star Games.

At WC, McGivney won over 200 games in her 17 years as head coach. She was selected as VDN’s Coach of the Year twice and recently led Oxford to the first round of the playoffs.
