Police make arrests in Bowmar homicide

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Vicksburg Police Department has arrested two people in the shooting death/homicide on Bowmar on Monday night.

In a release, the VPD said: The Vicksburg Police Department has made arrests in connection with the homicide that occurred just before midnight on January 19, 2025, in the 1300 block of Bowmar Avenue.

D’Angelo Frazier, 18, and Sidney McDaniel, 29, have been arrested and charged in the murder of Jeremy Bailey, 32.

Both suspects were arraigned in court today. Bond for each suspect was set at $1,000,000.

This investigation remains ongoing. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.
