Vicksburg Police Respond to Fight Over Hot Crack Rock

VICKSBURG, MSVicksburg Police responded to a plea for help from a person attacked by a hot crack rock.

According to reliable sources, the confrontation happened in the early morning hours of Saturday. The attack reportedly occurred in the parking lot of a restaurant on Clay Street in Vicksburg.

An individual was smoking crack in the parking lot of the restaurant and offered the pipe to another individual for a hit. The confrontation happened when the other person was finished and handed the pipe back to the pipe owner. The owner then attacked the other person with the hot crack rock.

Details of that attack are not exact, but minor injuries consistent with being attacked by a hot crack rock were incurred.

The injured party then called 911 and explained that they were attacked after smoking crack with the other person.

The Vicksburg Daily News has reached out to the Vicksburg Police Department for details on this story, but has yet to receive a response.
