Gospel Explosion set for June 6 in Vicksburg

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — 

Trinity Temple Baptist Church will host its “Gospel Explosion” event on Saturday, June 6, bringing together gospel artists, musicians and worshippers for an evening of music and fellowship.

The program is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Ardis T. Williams Auditorium, located at 901 Monroe St. in Vicksburg.

According to event organizers, the Gospel Explosion will feature gospel recording artist Dottie Peoples, along with The Mighty Stars of Joy and the Trinity Temple Choir. Organizers said the event will celebrate faith, joy and community through gospel music.

Tickets are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. Youth tickets for ages 12-17 are available for $10. Reserved tables also are available.
