McKenzie Cole launches Mini & Mack Co. in downtown Vicksburg
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) —
Vicksburg native McKenzie Cole is bringing her passion for fashion back home with the opening of Mini & Mack Co., a new clothing boutique in downtown Vicksburg.
The boutique, located at 1314A Washington St., will officially open Tuesday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
For Cole, opening her own business fulfills a lifelong dream inspired by her mother, Michelle Cole, who previously owned two local boutiques, including McKenzie Sue’s Boutique.
“I was like my mom’s little helper growing up,” Cole said. “Since I was about three years old, I’ve been around fashion, and I think it’s cool that I’m just a short ways away from where my mom’s shop was.”
Mini & Mack Co. will offer women’s clothing in sizes small through large, along with plus-size apparel. The boutique will also carry shoes, jewelry and other fashion accessories.
Cole is no stranger to the fashion industry. She modeled for Jovani Fashion and Rachel Allan before moving to New York at the age of 17 to pursue a professional modeling career. Now 20, she is returning to her hometown as a business owner.
Her accomplishments also include being crowned Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2022 and Miss Mississippi USA 2025. She also earned an in-person callback with Victoria’s Secret and is set to receive her bachelor’s degree in business in August.
Cole said opening Mini & Mack Co. represents the realization of a dream while continuing the legacy her mother began in downtown Vicksburg.
