Located at 3412 Askew Ferry Road in Edwards, the campground will host Halloween weekends October 23–25 and October 30–November 1, 2026, followed by its 4th annual Christkindlmarkt Christmas Market weekend November 13–15. Families can book a RV Site, Cabin Booking, or Tent camping stay or visit for the festivities without staying overnight.

Two Weekends of Halloween Fun

Both Halloween weekends begin Friday with activities such as Camp Store Bingo, Trivia, Community Campfire, and a Halloween movie. Saturday activities include Magic Pumpkin Seeds, Halloween crafts, trick-or-treating around the campground, a costume contest, and a community campfire.

Campers are encouraged to bring costumes and decorate their campsites for the site-decorating contest. Spooky, silly and fall-themed decorations are all welcome. The campground’s regular outdoor activities will also be available throughout both weekends.

On Friday evening, Oct. 30, the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile will make a special appearance at Askew’s Landing, giving visitors an opportunity to see the iconic vehicle and take photos beginning at 6pm.

Halloween day passes are $5 per person. Families and friends who want to make a weekend of it can reserve campsites and enjoy the activities together.

4th Annual Christkindlmarkt Christmas Market

Askew’s Landing will welcome the holiday season during its Nov. 13–15 Christmas weekend, with lights and activities throughout the weekend.

The main event, the 4th annual Christkindlmarkt Christmas Market, takes place Saturday, Nov. 14, from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m.

Visitors can shop handmade and other products from vendors around Mississippi, including Christmas gifts and seasonal items. The festivities will also include hot chocolate, apple cider, Christmas desserts, holiday decorations, Christmas music, Santa and family activities.

Christmas market admission is:

– Free for paid on-site campers.
– $5 for other visitors, payable by cash or Venmo at the entrance.

Visitors attending the market without camping can pay upon arrival.
