A Celebration of Life will be held for Carleone Woodland on Saturday, February 11, 2023, 1:00 PM at House of Peace, 1301 Holly St. Vicksburg, MS.
Visitation will be held at C J Williams Mortuary Services, 4310 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS on Friday, February 10, 2023 from 1:00 – 6:00 PM with family being present from 1:00 – 6:00 PM.
Carleone Woodland, Jr., was born June 17, 2009, in Vicksburg, MS, to Cassandra Rankin Smith and Carleone Woodland, Sr.
Carleone Jr. was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virginia Rankin, Jimmy Wyatt, Walter Cook, Sr. ,Charlie Woodland; and uncle, Eddie Defrance III.
CJ leaves to cherish his memories his parents, Cassandra Rankin (Byron) Smith and Carleone Woodland, Sr.; sisters, Justice Rankin, Janya Rankin, and Shanigel McDonald; grandmothers, Thelma Rankin (Maternal) and Annie Woodland (Paternal); aunts, Shelia Rankin, Regina Shelton, LaTonya Woodland, Rachel and Lisa Bell; uncles, Timothy Rankin, Walter Cook, Jr., Lonnie Shelton, and Tyree Woodland; two special mentors, Coach Louis Green and Officer Shawn White; and a host of family, several close friends, and the Warren Central Junior High football family.
