Claiborne County Sheriff Edward Goods said his office was called to the Wilson Lounge in the Pattison Community shortly after midnight on Saturday morning.
Goods confirmed that two individuals were deceased and a total of eight were transported to area hospitals suffering from gunshot wounds.
As of 9:45 a.m. Saturday morning, a total of 6 people are in custody in relation to the incident. More arrests are expected.
This is an ongoing investigation and names are being withheld pending appropriate family notification.
