Jackson State University baseball team has now been named the HBCU National Champions for their historic season this year.
The Tigers finished with a 34-9 record, dominating the majority of their opponents this season.
JSU took a tough loss to Southern University in the SWAC Championship last week but still managed to become the HBCU National Champions.
The Tigers were coached by Omar Johnson who led the team to an unforgettable season and brought a positive spotlight to Mississippi.
