MCITy to host team-building workshop Sept. 9

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — A team-building workshop designed to strengthen workplace collaboration and performance will be held Tuesday, Sept. 9, from 9 to 11 a.m. at MCITy, 1622 Washington St., Room 263.

The session, Effective Team Building, will focus on strategies to build trust, improve communication, foster accountability and drive results. It is inspired by Patrick Lencioni’s best-selling book Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of a Team.

The course is the second of four sessions focused on elevating workforce skills.

The workshop will be facilitated by Gerad Hardy of Millsaps College, who brings leadership experience and practical insights to help participants apply concepts in real-world settings.
