Nightmare on Grove Street: Spooky Sprint and haunted house set for Oct. 3

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg Catholic School will host its 11th annual Spooky Sprint — Nightmare on Grove Street on Friday, Oct. 3, featuring a 5K, a one-mile fun run and haunted house.

The race will begin at 6 p.m. at 1900 Grove St. Participants who register by Sept. 12 will receive an event T-shirt. Registration is available online at vicksburgcatholicschool.redpodium.com

Following the run, a haunted house will be open in the school gym from 7 to 9 p.m. Admission is $5.

Food trucks, including Triple J’s Pizza Taco and The Scoop, will be on site.

The Vicksburg Catholic schools are located at 1900 Grove St.
