Vicksburg partners with Kimberly Michelle & Associates
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The City of Vicksburg has entered into a professional services agreement with Kimberly Michelle & Associates to strengthen the city’s pursuit of competitive grant funding over the next year. The agreement, effective November 25, 2025 through November 30, 2026, outlines the firm’s responsibility for leading the city’s comprehensive grant development efforts.
Under the contract, Kimberly Michelle & Associates will conduct funding research, prepare competitive grant applications, and submit proposals on behalf of the city. The firm will develop narratives, assemble budgets, ensure compliance with all grant requirements, and coordinate timelines in alignment with city priorities.
Kimberly Michelle & Associates will work directly with Mayor Willis Thompson and designated city staff to refine project details and maximize the city’s competitiveness for federal, state, and private-sector funding opportunities.
“We are grateful for this opportunity,” said Kimberly Stevens, founder of Kimberly Michelle & Associates. “Collectively, my team and I have secured more than $39 million in grant funding, and we look forward to supporting the City of Vicksburg in advancing its goals.”
This partnership reflects the city’s commitment to expanding access to grant funding that supports infrastructure improvements, community initiatives, and long-term development strategies.
