Join McRaven House, 1445 Harrison Street, for the wake of John H. Bobb, commemorating the life of John H. Bobb, tragically murdered on May 18, 1864, by Union troops. This immersive presentation explores the grisly details of his murder, the customs of Victorian-era funeral wakes, and the superstitions surrounding death during the period.
Event goers can choose to attend either May 22 or May 23 beginning at 6:30 p.m. nightly.
Tickets are $20 per person (limited to 25 attendees per night).
