Jackson Blackmon selected to play in the MAIS All-Star Football Game
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Jackson Blackmon, a Porter’s Chapel Academy football player, has been selected to compete in the MAIS All-Star Football Game. PCA announced the honor Monday, recognizing Blackmon’s standout performance and key role on the Eagles’ offensive line.
Blackmon emerged as one of PCA’s top blockers this season, anchoring an offensive front that produced some big plays this season. During the 2025 campaign, he helped pave the way for a quarterback who threw for more than 1,000 yards and 12 touchdowns. His impact was just as significant in the run game, where he served as a primary lead blocker for an offense that eclipsed 2,000 rushing yards and scored 27 rushing touchdowns.
His All-Star selection marks a major milestone in his high school career and highlights his growth as a leader on the line.
The MAIS All-Star Game is scheduled for Dec. 4 at Mississippi College, with kickoff set for 4 p.m.
