Lenten Fine Arts series set for March

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Mark your calendars to attend the Lenten Fine Arts series set at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church throughout the month of March.

The series is touted as a beautiful season of music, art, and reflection in the heart of Vicksburg.

The events are free to the public. The schedule line up is as follows:

Friday, March 6 | 12:00 PM

A lunch recital featuring Cody Nelson and faculty from the Conservatory of the Fine Arts – Vicksburg, followed by a $15 gumbo luncheon.

Friday, March 20 | 12:00 PM

The talented Madrigal Choir from Warren Central High School will present a midday concert, followed by another delicious $15 gumbo luncheon.

Tuesday, March 24 | 6:30 PM

A very special evening performance by the renowned Southern Chorale from The University of Southern Mississippi. This promises to be an extraordinary night of choral excellence you will not want to miss.
