OKTIBBEHA COUNTY, Miss. (VDN) — Today, Attorney General Lynn Fitch announced the sentencing of Michael Shea Millis, 43, of Oktibbeha County, Mississippi, for one count of felony false pretense. This case was investigated and prosecuted by the Attorney General’s Office.
“My office is committed to holding those who defraud Mississippi businesses accountable,” said Attorney General Lynn Fitch. “Fraud is not a victimless crime, and I am thankful for the incredible team of investigators and prosecutors who worked to see that justice was served here.”
