Vicksburg Warren School District announces 2025 Athletic Hall of Fame class

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Vicksburg Warren School District Athletics and Activities Department is proud to announce the Hall of Fame Class of 2025. These esteemed individuals have been unanimously selected in recognition of their outstanding achievements and significant contributions to the school district.

2025 Inductees:

• Katherine Barnett
• Thomas Billups
• Ella Bullock
• Kelvin Carter
• James Erves
• Morris Johnson
• Stacey Lee
• Larry Tyrone

Inductees will be formally honored at the VWSD Athletic Hall of Fame Banquet on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Vicksburg Convention Center. The event will begin at 6:00 p.m. Banquet tickets can be purchased at the door or online at GoFan.com.

In addition, the new Hall of Fame members will be recognized during halftime of the Vicksburg High School vs. Warren Central High School varsity football game on Friday, September 19, 2025.
