400 near Sky Farm are still without power

Over 400 people near Sky Farm Avenue have been without power since 9:30 last night.

Just after 9:30 p.m. Monday, a Tahoe driving on Sky Farm struck a light pole, knocking it down. That caused the immediate area to be without power. As of 8 a.m. this morning, they are still without power.

Entergy stated online that crews are on the way to restore power. They estimate it will be back on by 10 a.m.

The dangerous cold has made this a life-threatening situation for some of the residents in that area. If you know anyone in that area please check on them.
