Vicksburg’s Solly’s Hot Tamales reopens today
Beloved Vicksburg eatery, Solly’s Hot Tamales, is set to warm the hearts of its patrons once again. The restaurant announced its reopening, happening today (Tuesday).

However, Solly’s recent Facebook post shared that they’d be resuming operations while still accommodating McCain’s ongoing treatments, scheduled every three weeks.
“We can’t wait to see everyone! Bare with us this week becisse have a feeling it will be crazy! A little update on me- I still have to do treatments every 3 weeks so we will update on here for the weeks to come!,” the Facebook post read.
Locals and fans of the iconic tamales can once again revel in its flavors starting at 10:30 a.m.
