“48 Hours” examines murder of Vicksburg native Sade Robinson
VICKSBURG, Miss.(VDN) — The television program “48 Hours” explores the disappearance and murder of Vicksburg native Sade Robinson, who was killed in Milwaukee in 2024.
The 41-minute segment features testimony from Robinson’s mother and sister, along with investigators and jurors involved in the case.
Nearly two years ago, Robinson was living in Milwaukee as a 19-year-old full-time student who worked two jobs. On April 1, she went on a first date with Maxwell Anderson, who was later convicted of her murder.
“48 Hours” provides an inside look at the investigation as law enforcement officers and members of the community searched for Robinson’s remains. Some of her remains have still not been recovered.
The program details how Robinson and Anderson met and examines key moments in the case, including surveillance video footage of Anderson at what he described as a “secret beach.”
