Mudbug Music Fest rescheduled
VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Although the originally date of the annual Mudbug Music Fest was rained out, the event has been rescheduled for Saturday, May 2.
Presented at the Southern Cultural Heritage Center, located on Crawford Street in Vicksburg, the event will be held from 3 p.m. until 7 p.m. Admission is $5 per person.
Mudbug Music Fest will be an unforgettable experience that brings the community together through live music and great food.
Jared Smith & The Hired Guns will play from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. and Howl & The Big Bad Wolves will play from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
Crawfish and shrimp (prepared by Goldie’s Express), hot dogs, beer specials, and more will all be for sale a la carte. Bring the family, there will be kids’ activities.
Following the festival, make plans to stay for the Line Dance Party in the SCHF Auditorium from 7 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.
