Accident with Serious Injuries on Grange Hall

VICKSBURG MS – An accident with serious injuries has occurred on Grange Hall Road near Common Circle.

Just before 11 p.m., a single-vehicle accident on Grange Hall Road injured several people, two of them seriously. The vehicle was reported to be in the ditch from persons initially at the scene. While there is no information on the extent of the injuries, two Air Care units are on the way to meet the ambulances at rendezvous locations. One will pick up at the airport and the other from an area hospital.

The roadway was blocked while first responders worked the accident. After the injured parties were transported from the scene the roadway was partially opened to allow some traffic to flow. Numerous first responders along with city and county law enforcement are on the scene. The location of the accident is in the county but was city units initially responded due to the unknown exact location. City units stayed on the scene to assist with closing the roadway.
