Cloudy finish follows sunny, warm days across the area

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Mostly clear skies and warm temperatures will carry through the end of the workweek before cloudy skies return Friday night, according to the National Weather Service.

Tonight will be mostly clear with a low around 55. South winds around 5 mph will become calm overnight.

Thursday will be sunny and warm, with a high near 84. South winds will range from 5 to 15 mph, with gusts up to 20 mph. Clouds will increase Thursday night, with a low around 65 and south winds near 10 mph, gusting as high as 20 mph.

Friday will be partly sunny with a high near 88. Winds from the south will blow at 10 to 15 mph, with gusts reaching 25 mph. Friday night will be mostly cloudy with a low around 68 and continued breezy conditions.
