Kimora Miller awarded prestigious Kimberly Michelle & Association book scholarship

PORT GIBSON, Miss. (VDN) — Recent Port Gibson High School graduate Kimora Miller, Class of 2025, has been awarded the esteemed Kimberly Michelle & Association Book Scholarship, recognizing her outstanding academic achievements, leadership, and community involvement.
Graduating in May 2025 with a 3.6 GPA, Kimora successfully completed both high school and dual enrollment coursework at Alcorn State University, demonstrating a remarkable work ethic and commitment to academic excellence.
While at PGHS, Kimora was a dedicated member of the Cheerleading Team, National Honor Society, and was proudly inducted into the National Technical Honor Society. She also served as a CTE Ambassador and participated in FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America), showing leadership on campus and beyond.
“Kimora consistently set the bar high,” said one of her teachers. “She’s a leader, a scholar, and a role model to her peers. We are incredibly proud of all she has accomplished.”
Kimberly Stevens, founder and owner of Kimberly Michelle & Associates, expressed her admiration for Kimora’s dedication and potential:
“Kimora represents exactly the kind of young leader we aim to support through this scholarship—motivated, resilient, and committed to excellence. We are honored to be a small part of her journey and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next,” Stevens said.
The Kimberly Michelle & Association Book Scholarship is awarded annually to students who demonstrate academic success and strong character, helping them cover the cost of college textbooks and other educational materials.
This fall, Kimora will begin her college journey at the University of Southern Mississippi (USM), where she plans to major in Forensic Science.
