Mississippi woman charged with Aggravated DUI after hitting and killing a schoolteacher

A Louisville, Mississippi woman has been charged with Aggravated DUI after driving on the wrong side of the highway over the weekend. The incident took place on I-55 near the Gluckstadt exit where a 48-year-old schoolteacher Tyra Small-Jackson was killed.

Jordan Leah Sullivan was released from the hospital a short time ago and transported to the Gluckstadt Police Department to be booked on the charge of Aggravated DUI. Her initial appearance was also held yesterday and she was given a $250,000.00 bond. 

She will now be transported to the Madison County Detention Facility.
