No Injuries in Thanksgiving Day Fire

On Thanksgiving morning, around 10:42 a.m., the Vicksburg Fire Department answered the call to a stove fire. Upon arrival, crews encountered the middle portion of the house engulfed in flames, with fire venting through the roof.

Undeterred, the firefighters launched an interior attack to extinguish the blaze. Their courageous efforts not only prevented further damage to the structure but also allowed the family to recover valuable items from their home, showcasing the power of resilience and community spirit.

No injuries were reported.
