One shot in parking lot of Superior Crab

One person has been shot in an altercation in the parking lot of Superior Crab.

The person was shot in the arm according to radio traffic. They either drove themselves or were driven to an area hospital and there is no word on their condition at the time of this report.

An eyewitness to the event was heard saying the shooter was in a blue Hyundai Sonata with Texas tags. Another report had them driving south on Pemberton Blvd heading toward Hwy 61. Shell casings were seen on the parking lot and a black sedan was being blocked with crime scene tape by Vicksburg police officers. The sedan had what appeared to be bullet holes in the side doors of the vehicle.

Several Vicksburg police were at the location securing the scene and talking with witnesses.
