St. Al’s Raegan Thornell selected to play in the MAIS All-Star Game

St. Aloysius volleyball player Raegan Thornell has been selected to play in the MAIS All-Star Game.

Thornell is a senior is a senior at St. Aloysius where she plays under head coach Allison McSherry. Back in September, Thornell helped the Lady Flashes to the program’s first win after they took down Clinton Christian.

Before starring in volleyball, Thornell spent her freshman year at Porter’s Chapel Academy where she was a softball player. She had a .389 batting average and was named to the VDN All-County Team. Raegan also played softball at St. Aloysius in 2023 where she was a part of the team that clinched a playoff spot for the first time in a decade.

 The MAIS All-Star Game will be held on October 24th at Jackson Academy at 7 pm.
