Ames, who was born premature and is a “twinless twin,” was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease (CKD) and has faced significant medical challenges throughout her young life. On June 8, she received a long-awaited call for a kidney transplant, and the surgery was successful. She continues to attend follow-up appointments as she works toward living a normal, healthy life.

The donation from the fraternity will help support A’Rihanna and her family as they continue her recovery journey.

The Vicksburg Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi operates under the leadership of Polemarch Stephen Anderson Sr. and Vice Polemarch Adrien Anderson. The fraternity remains committed to community service and uplifting local families in need.
