WCJHS student Aubrey Rankin graduates first in class with 4.0 GPA

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Aubrey Rose Rankin recently achieved an important academic milestone, earning her Certificate of Promotion from Warren Junior High School to the ninth grade. She will continue her educational journey at Warren Central High School as a proud member of the Class of 2029.

During the promotion ceremony, Aubrey was honored for her exceptional academic performance. She was recognized as the top student in her class, maintaining a perfect 4.0 Grade Point Average throughout her time at Warren Junior High. Her dedication to excellence and commitment to her studies have made her a role model among her peers and a source of pride for her teachers and family.

In addition to her academic success, Aubrey is a highly dedicated athlete. She is an active member of the Warren Central High School Varsity Swim Team, where she competes at the high school level. She also swims year-round with the Delta Aquatics Club at Delta State University, further honing her skills and passion for the sport. During the summer months, she represents the Vicksburg YMCA Cannonballs Swim Team in competitive league swimming, demonstrating her commitment to athletic growth and teamwork.

Outside of academics and athletics, Aubrey enjoys spending quality time with her family and attending church. She values her faith and looks forward to opportunities to give back to her community through volunteer service.

Aubrey Rose Rankin is the daughter of Mr. Kelvin Rankin of Vicksburg, Mississippi, and Dr. Kemily Rankin of Acworth, Georgia. Her accomplishments reflect her hard work, strong values, and bright future ahead.
