Vehicle fire reported at corner of Bowman and Letitia St.

VICKSBURG, MS. – A vehicle fire has been reported at the intersection of Bowman and Letitia St. The vehicle stopped in front a warehouse, reportedly before the vehicle caught fire.

According to a witness, the vehicle was heading northbound on Letitia St., with apparent mechanical issues. The witness said they heard the vehicle back fire. The driver then reportedly pulled in to the warehouse parking lot at the intersection of Bowman and Letitia St., and it was then that the vehicle caught fire. The fire quickly engulfed the vehicle.

The Vicksburg Fire Department are on scene and currently extinguishing the vehicle fire.

No injuries are reported at this time. Avoid the area if you can.
