Historic Bike And Walking Trail Unveiled At Hinds CC Utica Campus

A new historic bike and walking trail was unveiled today on the Hinds CC Utica Campus!
This is commemorative of the story of the school’s founder William H. Holtzclaw traveling on a bicycle to the city of Utica to start the college.
There was a brief program that saw the unveiling of the new trail markers located around campus that detail various facts about the school.
Each marker had a student stationed there to explain the marker’s history as attendees toured the campus via bikes.
The bikes will be available to students, faculty/staff, and the community at no cost, simply check the bike out using an app and tour the campus!
