Ophelia Shines Bright in Toddler of the Year Competition

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Two-year-old Ophelia may be small in size, but she’s making a big impression as she competes in Hasbro’s Toddler of the Year contest. Known for her sweet heart, quick wit, and a touch of drama, Ophelia charms everyone she meets, once she warms up. At first, she’s a little shy, but it doesn’t take long before her personality shines through with infectious laughter and even a few of her favorite knock-knock jokes.
Ophelia’s love for the spotlight started early—literally. She’s been involved in theater since she was just three months old, already showing a natural flair for singing and dancing. Whether she’s twirling in the living room or belting out her favorite songs, Ophelia’s joy for performing lights up the room.
Her family says winning the Toddler of the Year title and its $25,000 prize would be life-changing. “We would put it toward moving houses so Ophelia could have her own bedroom,” they shared. “It would be a space for her to grow, dream, and continue sharing her love for the arts.”
The Toddler of the Year contest, sponsored by Hasbro, celebrates the unique personalities and talents of little ones nationwide. For Ophelia and her family, it’s not just about winning, it’s about sharing her smile, her creativity, and her big heart with the world.
