Miss Vicksburg Competition rescheduled for Nov. 22 at Warren Central High School

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Miss Vicksburg Competition has officially been rescheduled for Nov. 22 at 3 p.m. at Warren Central High School, organizers announced this week.

The pageant will feature several titles, including Miss Vicksburg, Miss Key to the South, and Miss Riverbend, along with Teen and Miss divisions. The Miss Vicksburg title is a closed competition, limited to eligible local participants.

Event director Mandy Marshall Harris encouraged contestants and the community to mark their calendars for the new date. “We’re so pleased to announce that the Miss Vicksburg Competition will be held on Nov. 22, and we look forward to celebrating the incredible young women who represent our area,” Harris said.

Each winner will receive a minimum $250 scholarship, while the overall talent and evening wear winners will earn an additional $50 cash award. The prize package also includes several professional and personal development opportunities.

Contestants will receive life coaching from Dr. Elyssa Lassiter, including group retreats and one-on-one sessions valued at $1,500. Additional prizes include a portrait session from Bella La Vita Photography valued at $1,390, discounts from Mia Bella Prom, and couture savings from Elegant Evenings.
