Blood drive set for Feb. 6, $15 to every donor

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Mississippi Blood Services will hold a blood drive Friday, Feb.6, at the Warren County Courthouse.

The event will be held from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at 1009 Cherry Street in Vicksburg. A $15 Visa gift card will be given to each donor.

Donors will need a valid ID for registration. It is recommended donors eat within four hours before donating and drink plenty of fluids before and after donating blood. Donors must be 17-years old. A 16-year old may donate with parental consent.
