Help keep Vicksburg, Warren County beautiful with upcoming event

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Keep Vicksburg–Warren Beautiful will host community clean up days as part of national event.

Vicksburg Takes Pride, organized in partnership with Alderwoman Vickie Bailey, is part of the national Greatest American Cleanup in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. This initiative brings together volunteers across our community to help clean, beautify, and take pride in Vicksburg.

The event will be held Friday, March 27 and Saturday, March 28. Volunteers will meet Friday at 8:30 a.m. to pick up supplies at the Washington Street Park.

Volunteers are welcome to join city crews on Friday, Saturday, or both days. All supplies will be provided, and participants are also welcome to bring their own cleanup tools.
