Cooksey, Feibelman reappointed to Visitors Bureau

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — The Warren County Board of Supervisors voted to reappoint two standing members of the Vicksburg Convention & Visitors Bureau at the Monday, June 15 regular meeting.

Claiborne Cooksey of District 4 and Katie Feibelman of District 5 were reappointed effective July 1 2026 through June 30, 2030.

Cooksey was on hand to introduce herself to the BOS and explained she was from Vicksburg and was happy to serve to help promote the county and city. Cooksey also works at ERDC where she handles marketing and is responsible for the graphic design and handheld marketing materials.

BOS President Dr. Barfield said Feibelman, who was not present, handled financial matters for the bureau.

“They really make a well rounded asset to the center,” said Dr. Barfield.
