Mississippi man wanted for shooting at Police

The Newton Police Department is looking for PERVIS JERMAINE WORD. At approximately 9:30p.m., Pervis fired shots at law enforcement, striking a police unit.

Anyone that knows his where abouts please contact The Newton Police Department at 601-683-2041.
