VPD releases flyer for easier recruitment

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — Vicksburg Police Department released a flyer to make recruitment of officers an easier ordeal.

Earlier today, Monday, Nov. 3, VDN published a story concerning pay raises for the officers at Vicksburg Police Department. In an ongoing effort, to recruit talented and professional officers to the force, the department has also developed a flyer with a QR code to make applying for positions even easier.

VPD Chief Larry Burns explained possible candidates can simply scan the QR code and proceed to fill out the information to begin the process.
