Vicksburg native Vantrel Reed helped LSU-Shreveport to three wins over the weekend

Louisiana State University at Shreveport baseball player, Vantrel Reed, played a key role in securing three victories over Houston-Tillotson during the weekend matchups.

Reed’s standout performances contributed significantly to LSU-Shreveport’s successes with impressive scores of 9-0, 7-1, and 17-3.
Throughout the series, Reed amassed
a total of five hits, showcasing his prowess on the field. His season statistics now boast a .378 batting average, 14 hits, two home runs, and
11 RBIs.

With this string of victories, LSU-Shreveport now holds a strong 11-1 season record as they prepare to take on LSU-Alexandria in their upcoming game scheduled for Friday.
