Hinds CC releases 2026-27 cheerleading roster

VICKSBURG, Miss. (VDN) — 

Hinds Community College has released its cheerleading roster for the 2026-27 academic year. The roster was announced last week through the program’s social media platforms.

Among the athletes selected to the team are two local standouts from Vicksburg, sophomore Jayla Theriot and sophomore Key’Asia Scott.

The roster features student-athletes from across Mississippi and neighboring states as the Eagles prepare for the upcoming season.
