Warren Central sweeps Richland for fourth straight victory

Warren Central High School’s volleyball team achieved their fourth consecutive victory by sweeping Richland High School in three sets, with scores of 25-13, 25-17, and 25-8. Evella Fairley led the team with 22 points and six aces.

Warren Central High School’s volleyball team continued its winning streak Monday, defeating Richland High School in three sets on the road.

The Lady Vikes earned their fourth consecutive victory with a 25-13, 25-17, 25-8 sweep.

Evella Fairley led Warren Central with 22 points and six aces. Kennedi Marshall added 15 points and two aces, while KeKe McKay finished with 12 points and one ace.

Audie Evans contributed 10 points and three aces. Kennedy Smith recorded six points, Addison Marshall had four points and Kylie Hearn finished with three points.

Warren Central controlled the match from the start, taking the opening set 25-13. The Lady Vikes followed with a 25-17 victory in the second set before turning in their most dominant performance of the night with a 25-8 win in the third to complete the sweep.

The Lady Vikes will be back in action on Tuesday when they hit the road to play Morton High School.
