Claiborne County man arrested for Aggravated Assault

On May 26, 2024, Deputies from the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Department responded to an emergency call in the Pattison area involving a gunshot wound victim. The incident occurred following a verbal altercation.

During our investigation, the suspect was identified as James Goods. Mr. Goods was arrested and being charged with Aggravated assault and convicted felon with a firearm.
